Vapsint Srl (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) provides this information notice pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, in order to familiarise you with the processing purposes and methods of any personal data you may communicate while browsing this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

It should be noted that this information notice refers exclusively to the Site and not to any third-party websites that the User may access via links on the Site.


Navigation data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire certain personal data during normal operation; the transmission of these data is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects; however, due to the nature of the same, said information may allow users to be identified as a result of processing and association with data held by third parties. This category includes, for example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users to connect to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (done, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the user’s operating system and computer environment. This type of data is used with the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information concerning use of the Site and to check that the Site operates correctly. The data is deleted immediately after processing. The Site – and any third-party services used – may collect system logs for operation and maintenance purposes, that is, files that record interactions and that may also contain Personal Data, such as, the user’s IP address.

Data provided voluntarily by the User

The address and any other personal data included in any e-mails explicitly and voluntarily sent to any of the addresses indicated on the Site as well as on any forms in the “contacts” section of the Site will subsequently be acquired. Acquisition of the sender’s address is necessary to respond to requests. Where necessary, specific summary information notices are reported or displayed on the Site’s web pages drawn up for particular on-demand services and submitted, where required, to data subjects to obtain their consent.

You are entitled (see articles 15 – 22 of the GDPR) to ask our Company for access to your personal data and rectification of any inaccurate data, as well as for the erasure or restriction of processing of any personal data provided if the necessary conditions are met. You are also entitled to data portability of the data provided by you if said data is processed using automated means based on consent or a contract. You also have the right to withdraw your consent provided for the processing purposes requiring the same, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You are further entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection supervisory authority.
